A: Women’s Best offers a huge range of various products, making it easy for you to choose the most convenient one for your individual purposes. If you have any further questions, please feel free to use our contact form
Q: How old do I have to be to take the products?
A: Our products contain high-quality ingredients only. However, you have to be at least 16 to order.
Q: Can I exceed the suggested amount?
A: We strongly advise you to follow the recommended daily intake.
Q: What if I miss a day when using supplements?
A: Do not worry, missing one day won’t ruin your progress. Just continue as recommended in your guides or on the label.
Q: Can I have a sample?
A: Thanks to the positive feedback of our customer base concerning the flavors of our shakes, we decided not to offer samples. Nearly all customers were satisfied with the various flavors of our shakes.
Q: Can men also take the products?
A: Our supplements contain all essential nutrients to support the female diet and workouts in particular. Especially the recommended daily intake refers to women and female related needs. Women’s Best products are optimized for the female body. Nevertheless, men can take them without any concerns.
Q: Can I use the products from the fitness and beauty line together?
A: Yes, our beauty products contain natural ingredients only and are specially designed for the female body, you don´t have to worry about taking our products from both lines at the same time.
Q: Do the products contain caffeine?
A: Yes, some of our products (Burner Caps, Pre-Workout Booster, All Red Superfood Smoothie) contain caffeine. Make sure to check the labels carefully or ask your doctor for advice if you should be sensitive to caffeine.
Q: Do the products interfere with my birth control?
A: In general, we can say that all our products contain natural ingredients only and have no side effects. However, please be aware, that our All Red Superfood Smoothie and Burner Caps contain green tea extract which could interfere with birth control pills due to their laxative effect. Please contact your doctor or gynecologist before taking any of those products.
Q: Are the products gluten-, lactose-, GMO-free and vegan?
A: Many of our products are gluten-, lactose-, GMO-free and vegan. For detailed information, please have a look at the nutritional facts on the various product pages on our website.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Please refer to our shipping list of available shipping countries here. If your country is not there, make sure to regularly check our homepage and Instagram account. We will definitely announce any new countries we ship to there.
Q: I have placed an order - what is next and when will I receive my products?
A: You will receive your tracking information within 48 hours after your package has been shipped. Please also make sure to check your spam / junk folder.
Q: Is overnight shipping possible?
A: All our products are high-quality goods produced in and shipped from Germany. Therefore, overnight shipping is not possible. We however do offer USA DHL Express shipping, which will deliver your package within 2-3 business days.
Q: Why are my tracking links not working?
A: Your tracking links may take up to 48 hours to be activated. Please be aware that in most cases you will receive two tracking links. One is for your international shipping and the second one is your country´s tracking, which will only be activated once your package reaches your country. For exceptions please read our shipping policy.
Q: How long will it take to get my refund?
A: If you receive information about a refund, please be aware that transactions can take up to seven business days depending on your credit card and bank provider.
Q: How can I return sportswear?
A: If you should have any issues with your sportswear, please use the return form you have received with your products. Make sure to keep a receipt or proof of payment of your return. That will help our support team handling your case and speed up processing times.
Q: How do I prepare my Slim Body Shake?
A: Preparation with water: Mix 50g (around 3 measuring spoons) of powder with 350ml - 400ml of ice-cold water. Fill your shaker with water first and then add the powder. Shake well for about 10 seconds. Servings per bottle: 24
Preparation with milk: Mix 33g (around 2 measuring spoons) of powder with 200ml - 400ml low fat or lactose-free milk. Fill your shaker with milk first and then add the powder. Shake well for about 10 seconds. Servings per bottle: 36
Q: Are the products safe to take?
A: All our products are produced under highest quality and GMP standards and therefore have no known side effects. However, we recommend checking if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredients before purchasing our products. If you suffer from chronic disease, have other medical conditions or take any other medication, please contact your doctor before taking any of our products.
