How do I take it?
For optimal results, mix 1 rounded scoop (30 g) of Women's Best Iso Whey Protein with 200 ml (6–8 fl. oz.) of cold milk or water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust liquid according to your taste preference.
On training days:
We recommend having 1 shake 15–30 minutes after your workout, and another shake as a snack anytime throughout the day.
On rest days, have 1–2 shakes as an anytime snack.
