How do I take it?
Recommended use: Mix 1 heaped scoop (9g) with 350–400ml of cold water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust the amount of water according to your taste preference.
For the best results:
As a morning energy boost (amino level: 5,232–10,464mg), mix 1–2 scoops (9-18g)
with 350–800ml of cold water and drink shortly after waking up.
As a pre-workout energy boost (amino level: 10,464mg), mix 2 scoops (18g) with 700–800ml of cold water and drink 15–30 minutes before working out.
