How do I take it?

Mix one scoop (16 g) with 350 ml of cold water and drink 15–30 minutes before your workout. If you prefer to start with a lower dose, you can use half a scoop (8 g) with 180 ml of water. Adjust the amount of water to suit your preferred taste.

Important: A common effect of beta-alanine is a slight tingling sensation on the skin. This is completely normal and harmless.
