How do I take it?
To get the most out of your workout, we recommend drinking Women's Best Pre-Workout Booster 15–30 minutes before exercising. Simply mix one rounded scoop (10g) of the powder with 300–400ml (10–14fl. oz.) of cold water in a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Adjust the amount of water to suit your taste preference.
If you're planning an intense workout, double the amount and drink two scoops (20g) mixed with 600–800ml (20–24fl. oz.) of cold water.
